RN Pediatric Nurse Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and supervise RNs, LPNs, and field staff to ensure high-quality care
• Manage day-to-day clinical operations and patient caseload
• Perform initial patient assessments and home safety evaluations
• Develop individualized care plans with physicians and families
• Conduct supervisory home visits to ensure care plan adherence
• Monitor clinical documentation for CMS/regulatory compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with valid state license (required)
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience
• Supervisory or nurse management experience a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel locally for home visits
• Trach/vent experience or willingness to learn
