Lead, inspire, and motivate clinical staff to provide pediatric care
Conduct in-home client assessments and supervisory visits in Pittsburgh and surrounding areas
Develop individualized pediatric care plans and oversee implementation
Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and support to field nursing staff
Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for new nurses
Coordinate and provide ongoing in-services and education for field staff

🎯 Requirements

Active RN license
Minimum of 2 years RN experience
Hands-on pediatric nursing experience
Recent bedside nursing experience
Home care or home health experience preferred
Tracheostomy and ventilator experience preferred, or willingness to learn
