RN Pediatric Nurse Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and supervise RNs, LPNs, and field staff
• Manage day-to-day clinical operations and caseloads
• Conduct initial patient assessments and care plans with physicians and families
• Perform supervisory home visits and ensure adherence to care plans
• Monitor clinical documentation for CMS and regulatory compliance
• Support staff development and performance evaluations

🎯 Requirements

• RN with a valid state license (required)
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience
• Supervisory/nurse management experience a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel locally for home visits and supervisory duties
• Trach/vent experience or willingness to learn
