Audit and validate patient Plan of Care (CMS-485) and OASIS for accuracy.
Ensure CMS/Medicare regulatory compliance and proper reimbursement.
Review CMS-485 against referrals, H&P, OASIS for consistency.
Communicate OASIS edit recommendations to clinicians to improve accuracy.
Support all disciplines; educate on CMS and PDGM guidelines.
Maintain monthly communication with service offices; track documentation trends.
Perform related duties as requested by Manager/Director.

🎯 Requirements

COS-C, HCS-O or COQS OASIS Certification required
Active Compact RN license with at least 2 years clinical experience
HCHB experience is a plus
Proficient PC skills
