RN Registered Nurse

📋 Description

• Follow the designated care plan per patient needs
• Make home visits to clients in assigned territories
• Administer medications, wound care, and treatments
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly
• Document doctors' orders and follow-up actions
• Perform client assessments and care coordination

🎯 Requirements

• A current VA RN license
• At least 1 year clinical (medical/surgical) exp
• Prior home health exp preferred, not required
• Graduate from accredited nursing program
• Ability to work independently and manage time
• Strong interpersonal skills
