RN Registered Nurse

📋 Description

• Full-time RN for home health visits from Williamsburg to Hampton, VA.
• Follow designated care plans and provide 1:1 patient care.
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to Clinical/Client Services Manager.
• Document care and interventions using EMR on a tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN license in Virginia.
• Minimum one year of recent medical/surgical clinical experience.
• Home care experience preferred but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills; EMR experience preferred.
