📋 Description

• Coordinate and maintain radiologist rosters to ensure appropriate reporting coverage across
• Monitor reporting workflows and coordinate the allocation and balancing of radiologist workloads
• Proactively manage roster changes, leave requests, availability, and coverage requirements.
• Work collaboratively with radiologists, Operations, IT, and internal and external stakeholders to
• Provide timely day-to-day support to radiologists, respond to queries, and help ensure studies are
• Answer incoming calls and provide professional administrative support as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in rostering, workforce coordination, healthcare administration, support
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing
• Excellent attention to detail and a consistent focus on accuracy, record keeping, and
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence working with medical professionals
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to remain calm and effective when
• Strong computer literacy and general administrative skills.
