RPA - UIPath/Automation

📋 Description

• Evaluate current processes across the book of work, with a focus on eliminating manual intervention
• Design, build, and implement automation solutions using firm-supported tools
• Deliver automation outcomes aligned to defined efficiency, control, and accuracy objectives
• Conduct end-to-end process reviews to identify inefficiencies, data gaps, and control weaknesses
• Develop process maps and support re-engineering initiatives to enable automation
• Drive a “simplify before automate” approach across workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably within Operations, Automation, or Transformation roles
• Prior experience in automation-led transformation of reporting or operational processes
• Strong hands-on experience with firm-supported automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Alteryx, Power
• Demonstrated ability to deliver end-to-end automation projects, from requirement gathering through
• Experience in process mapping, workflow redesign, and data-driven problem solving
• Solid project management capability with experience managing delivery timelines and stakeholders
