📋 Description

• Build, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on consistent revenue growth
• Establish and maintain a performance-driven, values-aligned sales culture with clear expectations

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of SaaS sales experience, including at least 5 years in a sales leadership position.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and successfully scaling sales
• Experience in InsuranceTech sales is preferred, with an understanding of the insurance industry and
• Deep expertise in solution selling, value-based selling, and managing complex enterprise sales
• Strong understanding of the SaaS go-to-market funnel, from demand generation and pipeline
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, motivate, and develop high-performing sales professionals.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary targeted at $200,000–$215,000, with final compensation determined by factors including
