📋 Description

• Build and lead a multi-layered organization of SE managers who serve as our core product
• Partner with Sales leadership to achieve regional quota and consumption targets, ensuring the
• Set the vision for AI-led transformation in Financial Services, guiding customers to operationalize
• Coordinate cross-functional, dotted-line resources to achieve team goals while ensuring technical

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of industry experience in a sales or pre-sales capacity
• Strong technical understanding of cloud data platforms and how they power financial services
• Experience guiding organizations through AI and GenAI transformation, including governance
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to technical
• Consultative sales approach, with the ability to understand complex business challenges and map
• Strong strategic thinking, with a deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and the ability to
