• Providing leadership of the S&T market within the San Francisco area, including developing and
• Contributing to the success of the firm in business development and client engagement, client and
• Accountable to integrate range of design services, managing processes, and delivering solid
• Serving as an ambassador of the brand, championing Living-Centered Design and bringing the firm's
• Dividing time between external brand opportunities, client leadership on projects, market growth
• Leading development of market business plan, identifying and pursuing new target clients, nurturing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field required.
• Current Registration/Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering preferred.
• 12 years minimum experience with proven track record of strategic growth in S&T market
• Additional certifications/training relevant to role preferred.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Exceptional client and people leadership skills.

🎁 Benefits

• Salary range for San Francisco: $140,500 to $175,600 annually. (May be more or less based on
