• Provide excellent customer service, welcoming & guiding customers through the store
• Actively sell products and provide customers with support & guidance
• Guide customers through fashion trends, stories & products
• Promote Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) & in-store sustainability initiatives
• Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets
• Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming
