• Obtain and maintain the required insurance licenses across applicable Canadian provinces, including

• Confidently explain and sell available insurance products while identifying solutions that best
• Provide vehicle valuation expertise during customer interactions and help enthusiasts understand
• Service existing policies accurately and efficiently while ensuring customer requests are handled

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, insurance, or a related customer-facing environment
• RIBO insurance license is required; training and fees provided.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver consistently high-quality customer service.
• Strong sales orientation and the ability to confidently present products and recommend solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and
