Sales Associate, Home Health

📋 Description

• Support the Oahu sales team with the coordination, tracking, and follow-up of pending home health
• Help move referrals forward by gathering required information, identifying next steps, and
• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with hospitals, physicians’ offices
• Assist with outreach and follow-up activities that support referral growth, admissions, census
• Coordinate and participate in on-site in-services, lunch meetings, and other relationship-building
• Prepare materials and provide administrative support for sales presentations, educational programs

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree or higher; equivalent healthcare experience
• Experience in healthcare, home health, post-acute care, customer service, sales support, referral
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
• Professional judgment, discretion, and a commitment to ethical conduct.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
