Support area sales team with referrals from various sources
Coordinate with offices to set up services ordered by physicians
Collaborate with Transitional Care Manager and Marketing Manager on key accounts
Participate in weekly sales meetings
Demonstrate core BAYADA values and drive relationships with referral sources

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred; degree in Sales/Referral Management may be considered
1 year healthcare experience preferred
Experience with health system/referral management or home health platforms a plus
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong project management and communication skills
English communication proficiency and strong interpersonal skills
