🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in a client-centric sales environment preferred.
• Proven ability to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication and ability to educate customers on product features, fabrics, care, and usage.
• Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends and peak periods.
• Willingness to learn and embody ALO’s brand, community, and culture.
• Baseline physical ability to move around the store as needed.
