• Drive store sales by delivering the ALO experience and brand mission.
• Provide product education on features, fabrics, usage, and care.
• Build authentic guest connections and share the ALO community and culture.
• Lead selling initiatives and Flow to optimize productivity.
• Maintain an engaging, easy-to-shop store environment and guest service.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet store goals and deliver results.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years experience in client-centric sales preferred.
• Passion for customer service and stellar experiences.
• Confidently present ALO’s Retail/Yoga/Café model to guests.
• Maintain product knowledge and educate guests on features and care.
• Move around the store; assist with stock and merchandising.
• Collaborate with leadership to analyze reports and hit goals.
