🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in sales compensation, sales operations, or related analytical roles
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas
• Hands-on experience with sales compensation platforms and commission calculation systems
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
