Sales Compensation Specialist (12 Month Contract)

📋 Description

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual commissions cycles.
• Validate data, run calculations, and process payouts.
• Reconcile CRM data with commission statements.
• Respond to commissions inquiries from sales teams.
• Investigate disputes and adjust pay as needed.
• Partner with Sales Ops, Finance, HR, and Payroll for payouts.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in commissions or sales operations.
• Everstage experience, or other ICM platforms (CaptivateIQ, Xactly, Spiff).
• Excel/Google Sheets proficiency (formulas, pivots, lookups).
• Knowledge of quotas, attainment, accelerators, and crediting rules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage priorities in a contract role.
