Sales Coordinator

📋 Description

• Manage full order-to-cash process using NetSuite ERP, including order entry, invoicing, credit
• Partner with Finance, Pricing, and other internal teams to streamline workflows for order
• Ensure smooth addition of new surgeons and healthcare facilities into company systems
• Act as primary point of contact for internal and external customers, addressing inquiries via phone
• Respond to and resolve product- or service-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Support new distributors by integrating them into systems and ensuring efficient operational

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Three (3) years’ experience in a team-focused office setting supporting a sales team
• Medical device experience or knowledge a plus
