Strategic and operational management of your customer base: planning customer acquisition measures
Present and sell state-of-the-art software and services digitally and on the phone (if necessary
Leverage a combination of inbound leads from current Hilti customers, and outbound prospecting
Implement meaningful software demonstrations in front of potential new and existing customers
Effectively collaborate with Marketing to build a quality opportunity pipeline
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or completed vocational training
1-3 years of experience in a sales function and/or in a project management function within the
Highly preferred: Experience in selling tech software or in start-ups
Excellent diagnostic, communication, consulting and presentation skills
Self-structured, self-driven and ambitious personality
Entrepreneurial mindset and solution oriented
