Sales Development Representative

📋 Description

• Recruit and educate Xero Accounting Partners from inbound leads.
• Support Territory Account Managers to grow Xero practices in SA.
• Ensure data quality enables rapid sales activity and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to drive outcomes.
• Manage inbound lead funnel and contribute to regional impact.
• Hybrid role based in Cape Town (3 days in office).

🎯 Requirements

• Results-driven with interest in online accounting and fintech.
• Strong telephonic communication to sell over the phone.
• Consultative sales approach for high-volume calls.
• Experience with Google Drive and CRM databases, preferably Salesforce.
• Initiative and ability to work autonomously.
• Knowledge of accounting practices is desirable.
