Sales Development Representative

📋 Description

• Contact potential customers via cold-calling, email, and social channels
• Book meetings with prospects and pitch Stripe's products
• Develop relationships to uncover needs with consultative questioning
• Research and create outreach materials for high-value prospects with SDRs and AEs
• Execute outbound outreach created by Marketing with targeted messaging
• Maintain a warm pipeline by following up with interested prospects
• Update Salesforce with activity and contact details for weekly reporting
• Provide feedback to Marketing to improve targeting and messaging

🎯 Requirements

• A track record of top performance in academics, extracurriculars, or work
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a hyper-growth environment
• Must be in Sydney office 3 days per week
• Professional experience in sales or fast-paced environments (preferred)
