Sales Development Representative

📋 Description

• Rapidly contact and qualify inbound leads, preferably within two minutes of receiving the lead.
• Book tours and manage five- or six-step follow-up sequences for prospective customers.
• Conduct prospect research and outbound outreach to local practitioners, businesses, corporate
• Update the Moments CRM and booking platform with lead activity and status.
• Track lead stages and ensure proper handoffs and follow-ups with prospects.
• Follow up with prospects who do not immediately enroll.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in sales development, lead generation, customer outreach, or a related role
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Excellent lead qualification and follow-up skills
• Ability to respond to leads quickly and consistently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up sequences simultaneously
