Sales Development Representative

📋 Description

• Find and engage potential customers (restaurants, salons, repair shops)
• Qualify inbound/outbound leads and set up intro calls
• Know Maple well to tailor pitches for each business
• Build relationships with key decision-makers
• Collaborate with product and customer success to share feedback
• Help improve outreach strategies and keep the pipeline buzzing

🎯 Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in sales or business development
• High energy, resourceful; not afraid of cold calls/ DMs
• Clear communicator who can make tech sound simple
• Able to juggle many conversations and priorities
• Experience with small businesses or technical products is a plus
• Organized, proactive, and driven to win the deal
