Sales Development Representative, ANZ

📋 Description

• Own outbound pipeline generation for a named set of accounts across ANZ, spanning top-tier and
• Research accounts properly before reaching out, developing a point of view on each firm's practice
• Run disciplined multi-channel outbound across phone, email, LinkedIn and events to earn first
• Qualify inbound demo requests and marketing-generated leads, applying consistent criteria and
• Partner closely with Account Executives and Legal Engineers on account planning and pre-meeting

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of sales experience overall, including at least one outbound sales development role (SDR
• Evidence of genuine cold outbound: building your own target lists, writing your own sequences
• Experience selling into highly considered buying processes, with comfort engaging senior
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to be concise and credible in a
• Proficient with Salesforce and a sales engagement platform such as Salesloft or Outreach, along
• Rigour and self-discipline: you work a territory systematically, keep your CRM clean, and can
