📋 Description

• Engage promptly and thoughtfully with travelers who have expressed interest in group trips.
• Initiate and manage meaningful conversations through email, phone, WhatsApp, chat, social media
• Understand each prospect’s travel goals, preferences, budget, expectations, and plans.
• Qualify leads and identify the group-trip experiences that best match each traveler.
• Guide prospects throughout their decision-making process and address questions or concerns related

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Success, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build genuine connections with customers.
• Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, WhatsApp, email, chat, and other digital
• Strong listening skills and the ability to identify underlying customer needs.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple conversations, prospects, and follow-ups
