Sales Development Representative (SDR)

📋 Description

• Generate new business opportunities by reaching out to potential customers through phone calls
• Research target accounts and identify relevant companies across Switzerland and Austria
• Qualify leads by following up on inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, and demo requests
• Understand customer challenges by asking thoughtful questions and identifying how technology
• Manage prospecting activities using HubSpot, AI-powered tools, and other prospecting platforms
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to coordinate lead generation efforts and share feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level Swiss German, strong standard German, and fluency in English
• Ability to work remotely from a European country where the partner company can legally employ you
• 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles; relevant
• Confidence in making outbound calls and initiating conversations with unfamiliar contacts
• Resilience when facing rejection and ability to stay focused and learn from feedback
• Genuine curiosity about technology and strong interest in a B2B sales career
