📋 Description

• Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation for Hover's largest accounts
• Identify which organizations in your patch are genuinely worth pursuing, understanding their
• Run outbound across phone and email
• Multi-thread into accounts where no single person makes the decision
• Qualify opportunities to the standard our Enterprise and Large Account Executives can act on
• Generate a defined quota of Sales Qualified Leads

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in an outbound sales development, business development, or inside sales role, with a
• Comfort and confidence on the phone, including cold outreach to people who are not expecting your
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to be concise and specific with senior
• A working method for qualifying leads and deciding where your time goes when there is more to do
• Hands-on experience with a CRM (Salesforce or equivalent)
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to research accounts, draft
