  • Nurture relationships in mid/large/enterprise; schedule needs analysis calls for AEs.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers, Account Executives, and Marketing to optimize the pipeline.
  • Data integrity: Keep Salesforce clean and update ICP lists quarterly.

  • Experience: 1+ years in office, corporate, or B2B sales.
  • Tech Savvy: Salesforce.com required; familiarity with Outreach, Nooks, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent oral/written communication and strong phone presence.
  • Solo Engine Mindset: Ability to work autonomously as sole SDR in Sydney.
  • Organized & Adaptive: Strong org skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Education: College degree preferred; relevant experience valued.
