• 5+ years in enterprise SaaS or institutional sales to banks/financial services.
• Deep financial services acumen; understand Treasury, Custody, Payments, Capital Markets.
• Hunter DNA; proactive pipeline builder and strategic outreach.
• Technical curiosity; quickly learn products and discuss security/compliance.
• Strategic persistence; manage long cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Genuine passion for blockchain, digital assets and financial services.
