Sales Director, Payments

📋 Description

• Consistently achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Selling multiple product lines into payments companies
• Working closely with Fireblocks BDRs, Business Solutions and GTM Team
• Building and maintaining relationships with prospects and customers
• Prospecting, territory, and account planning
• Updating and maintaining the Fireblocks CRM

🎯 Requirements

• Experience selling within the Financial Services industry to line-of-business executives
• 8+ years of enterprise SaaS or institutional sales experience, with a track record selling into
• Working knowledge of payments infrastructure, settlement, treasury operations, cross-border
• Strong technical baseline understanding of modern SaaS application architectures, including APIs
• Proven track record of selling into CIO, CTO, architecture, and platform engineering and shared
• Ability to co-sell and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles alongside core
