📋 Description

• Achieve annual new business sales objectives by leveraging existing relationships and developing
• Build awareness of available services throughout the assigned territory and generate qualified new
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies designed to acquire new business through broker
• Maintain consistent communication with brokers through meetings, personal visits, newsletters, and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience selling within the health insurance, employee benefits, self-funded
• Strong understanding of third-party benefits administration and the broader employee benefits
• Established relationships with employee benefits brokers and consultants in the West region
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and
• Demonstrated success as a consultative sales professional focused on developing and maintaining
• Strong negotiation, influencing, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range of $150,000–$180,000 USD.
