📋 Description

• Own onboarding and new hire readiness, ensuring ramp.
• Lead weekly 1:1s with learners to reinforce learning.
• Coordinate access to systems, resources, mentors, and tools.
• Monitor onboarding health and address blockers.
• Design scalable learning paths with self-paced content and certs.
• Develop digital training assets and LMS content.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in fraud prevention, identity verification, or digital acquisition.
• 3+ years in sales enablement, learning development, or sales strategy.
• Understanding of enterprise SaaS sales processes and buyer journey.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Data-driven with a track record of metrics and improvements.
• Experience using generative AI tools to accelerate content creation.
