• Native or near-native Japanese and strong business English
• Live facilitation, coaching, and leadership influence
• Understand local selling rhythm and decision culture
• Link enablement to pipeline, forecast, and revenue
• Excellent written and verbal communication; actionable
• Collaborative across functions, regions, and time zones
