  • 7+ years in a B2B tech sales org; reps or enablement roles.
  • Proven track record shipping tools (automation, AI agents, Lovable apps).
  • Fluent in the enablement stack: CRM, note takers, AI, call data signals.
  • Credible peer to Sales, RevOps, and GTM Eng; staff-level.
  • Owns hard metrics: time-to-first-deal, ramp, ongoing productivity.
  • Preferred: experience scaling from $20M-$100M ARR with high-growth.
