Sales Engineer

📋 Description

• 12-month fixed-term contract available in Europe-based role with remote work options
• Provide technical demos, trials, implementations, and ticket support for customers
• Develop best practices and content around error/performance management and product usage
• Deliver workshop-level interactions to drive adoption and maturity
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, CS, support, and product to incorporate customer feedback
• Occasional conference appearances to engage prospects at booths

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Sales Engineer, Implementation Consultant, Support Engineer, or related role with
• Hands-on programming experience: JavaScript, Java, Python, Go, .NET, Ruby, Node.js, PHP, etc.
• Understanding of sales processes in high-transaction SaaS environments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with performance monitoring/open telemetry, and mobile app development a plus
• BS in Engineering or related field a plus
