Sales Engineering Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Maintain and enhance SE Power BI dashboards and datasets.
• Implement updates to SE reporting per leadership direction.
• Validate data sources and ensure data integrity across reports.
• Provide day-to-day SFDC (Vivun) support and handle change requests.
• Assist with quota-related data preparation and planning cycles.
• Collaborate with SalesOps BI to align data models and governance.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, operations, or business systems support.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; clear written/verbal communication.
• Hands-on Power BI experience; dashboards and data modeling.
• Experience with Salesforce SFDC data structures and Vivun.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Power Query, or DAX.
