• Driving commercial process optimization and digital transformation across the EMEAI region
• Developing and implementing processes and tools to enhance sales productivity

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree (engineering, business or equivalent)
• 5-10 years' experience in sales optimization, transformation or process improvement
• Experience in animal nutrition/health sector would be an advantage
• Structured and able to organize plan activities in the long term
• Track record in action plans development & roll-out
• Proven experience in leading projects and influencing teams without direct authority
