📋 Description

• Develop and execute sales plan to increase revenue in assigned regions
• Identify customer needs and convert them into sales opportunities
• Present and sell new services at correct margins within operational capacity
• Handle administrative work including detailed contracts and agreements
• Coordinate closely with technical and operational teams for seamless execution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Experience in a commercial role within a logistics setting
• Enthusiastic about the complex export world
• Strong commercial skills
• Willing to travel and occasionally work evenings or weekends
• Flexible in switching between Dutch and international conversations
