Sales Executive (Infrastructure, Data Centre Inspection)

• Identify and deliver existing or new markets to grow the business, ensuring feasibility and
• Support SGS Malaysia's new services in data centre infrastructure building, providing third-party
• Strengthen SGS Malaysia's commercial presence within the data centre, building infrastructure
• Develop and execute business development strategy for data centre construction, building and
• Assess market opportunities, customer needs, technical feasibility and commercial potential for new
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline across data centre owners, hyperscalers, colocation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Building Services, Construction Management, Business, Marketing
• 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, key account management or market
• Minimum 1 year of exposure to data centre construction, mission-critical facilities, factory /
• Proven track record in developing new customers, building project pipelines, preparing proposals
• Experience engaging with developers, contractors, EPCs, consultants, facility managers, data centre
• Good understanding of data centre construction lifecycle, commissioning, QA/QC, MEP systems
