🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of progressive experience in sales, business development, account management, marketing
• Proven ability to work independently and drive results with minimal supervision.
• Experience managing and motivating teams.
• Strong analytical, reporting, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience creating sales and marketing content and distributing it through multiple channels.
• Proficiency with AI tools, CRM systems, and productivity platforms.
