Sales Manager (Digital Advertising)

📋 Description

• Sell digital Advertising solutions to both new and existing advertisers
• Proactively generate new leads, build a robust sales pipeline, and maintain accurate CRM records of
• Consistently achieve sales targets while delivering a high-quality customer sales experience
• Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, and annual revenue performance
• Build and maintain a strong network of contacts across key verticals through industry events
• Engage regularly with new and existing clients to understand campaign objectives, KPIs, and future

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of digital advertising experience in business development, account management, or ad sales
• Understanding of the local advertising ecosystem and key industry players/stakeholders
• Strong commercial skills responsible for direct revenue
• Direct experience in paid search advertising, performance advertising, and e-commerce
• Ability to work independently and set workflows to achieve sales targets
• Fluent in Romanian and English
