Sales Operations and Analytics Associate

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI scorecards and commercial reporting
• Analyze pipeline, forecasting, bookings, conversions and performance trends
• Deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting
• Support pipeline management, forecasting and commercial performance reviews
• Monitor opportunity movement, ageing, conversion and forecast accuracy
• Lead initiatives that improve commercial processes, reporting efficiency and operational

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ Years experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, CRM
• Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce and commercial reporting processes
• Experience developing dashboards, reports and performance metrics
• Strong analytical skills
• Understanding of CRM data governance, data quality standards and process compliance
• Experience supporting pipeline management, forecasting and commercial performance reviews
