Sales Operations Coordinator - Administrative Asst III

📋 Description

• Assign leads and tours according to established rotation processes and manage tour waves and
• Maintain and update SharePoint presentation materials and ensure sales team members follow
• Provide basic technical troubleshooting and operational support to sales agents and managers.
• Communicate changes to tour waves and related operational information with Sales and Marketing
• Ensure tours and sales are accurately recorded in Salesforce and provide information required for
• Distribute equipment and technology needed by team members working remotely.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of timeshare sales experience; timeshare operations experience is also relevant.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Previous experience supporting sales teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working with Salesforce, reporting tools, SharePoint, Power BI, and other business
