Sales Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee sales target-setting processes, performance management frameworks, compensation plans, and
• Manage Field Sales budgets and hiring initiatives to support sales targets, including headcount
• Collaborate with sales channel leaders and engineering stakeholders to prioritize and deliver
• Design and develop tailored tools to support business operations, strategic projects, and pilot

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 6 years of experience in sales operations, sales engineering, or sales enablement.
• Intermediate proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Advanced expertise in Excel or Google Sheets, including the ability to analyze data and build

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary: $121,100–$195,500, depending on location, skills, and experience. The recruiter
