• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with
• Strong problem-solving ability and a practical, solutions-oriented approach to resolving
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities independently while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with data-management software and business
