📋 Description

• Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable
• Monitor and maintain data quality across sales systems, ensuring accurate reporting and reliable
• Partner with Sales Leadership to support territory planning, customer segmentation, sales coverage
• Lead the annual customer segmentation process and provide recommendations to optimize account
• Coordinate key sales planning and performance management activities, including quarterly business
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the local sales organization on sales processes, CRM best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, Commercial
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms (we use Salesforce) and how they support sales effectiveness
• Proven ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, generate actionable insights, and
• Advanced skills in Power BI, Excel, and the Microsoft Office suite, with experience creating
• Strong business acumen and customer focus, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and
