  • Own the execution and evolution of Flex's sales compensation program
  • Design commission plans, quotas, accelerators, and incentives
  • Manage monthly commission calculations and payouts
  • Build territory and quota planning models; support headcount planning
  • Develop analytics and reporting for Revenue leadership
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and People

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in sales compensation, revenue ops, FP&A, or related
  • Experience owning commission calculations end-to-end
  • Strong analytics with advanced Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience with Salesforce data; Snowflake a plus
  • SQL familiarity; Python a plus
