Sales Platform Administrator

📋 Description

• Serve as a primary administrator and subject matter expert for assigned sales technology stack
• Partner with stakeholders to comprehend business needs and translate requirements into scalable
• Monitor and validate platform data, system outputs, configurations, and processes to ensure
• Triage and resolve support requests, system issues, and data errors based on business impact
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to execute platform integrations, enhancements, and user
• Maintain clear system documentation including configurations, business rules, and troubleshooting

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in Sales Operations, or another functional area involving
• Strong critical thinking and data analysis skills with meticulous attention to detail in system
• Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly
• Excellent written and verbal skills, proficient in translating complex technical concepts for
• Takes strong ownership of outcomes with a collaborative, integrity-driven approach to supporting
• Driven to continuously optimize platforms, processes, and user experiences beyond baseline
